Happy birthday Sinterklaas

Today we celebrate Sinterklaas in the Netherlands. There will be lot's of presents, candy, songs, poems and a cosy diner of course. In my family we always make surprises too. The surprise is normally personalized for the receiver, and often comes with a personalized "Sinterklaas poem". A surprise (from the French word) is a present that has been packaged in a special way. And since my family is very creative we all try to make the most beautiful one. :) For all the 'Dutchies' I wish you a lovely day and evening!
